navicat连接mysql报错：Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server；

      在安装完mysql和Navicat后，Navicat连接mysql的时候报错：Client does not support authentication protocol requested  by server；在解决错误之前，要确保连接mysql的密码是正确的，其次最好也把环境变量也添加好，因为我习惯用cmd，所以需要环境变量。直接上图。
