1. Scrum is an iterative and incremental process and so the project is split into a series of consecutive sprints.
2. Much is left up to the team. This is done because the team will know best how to solve its problem
3. A sprint planning meeting is described in terms of the desired outcome (a commitment to set of features to be developed in the next sprint)
4. Scrum relies on a self-organizing, cross-functional team.
5. No overall team leader.
6. Everyone necessary to take a feature from idea to implementation is involved.
7. Sprint:
a) Start:
i. Sprint planning meeting.
ii. Highest-priority items on the product catalog.
iii. See how many can be done and create sprint catalog.
iv. Members commit to delivering some number of features that were listed on the project’s product backlog.(get mission)
b) Process:
i Daily meeting: less than 15 minutes. Share work on prior day, today and the sprint catalog. Synchronize work.
c) End: review.
i. The features are done: coded tested and integrated.
ii. Sprint review and get feedback.
iii. Next sprint.
