For ROLAP did you configure the dimension to 'Deploy to catalog'?
For ROLAP this is probably because the (ROLAP) dataviewers use the OLAP CWM2 metadata so unfortunately you cannot get a dimensional view of your data without deploying to the OLAP CWM2 catalog from OWB. If you do not have the OLAP option you can look at the data in the relational implementing tables.
Did you configure the dimension to 'Deploy to catalog'? - The data viewer depends on the CWM2 ROLAP dimensional metadata and will only be deployed to the OLAP CWM2 catalog if the dimension/cube are configured to 'Deploy to Catalog' - by default OWB does not deploy ROLAP dimensions to the OLAP CWM2 catalog...so the data viewer would not work. The default configuration is 'Deploy data objects' which means relational dimension DDL for the dimensions is generated.
If it is not this, then can you run OWB using the owbclient.sh and see the stack messages as you try the data viewer, there may be OLAPI validation messages that cause this error.

从 Design Center 中返回至 Control Center Manager。在 EXPENSE_WH 中，展开并选择 Dimensions。确定这两个维的 Design Status 都已设置为 New。单击 Default Actions 将部署操作更改为 Create。
如果选择：Deploy Data Objects Only(默认)就会出现以上问题，修改为all,catalog都可以解决。
