居然被难到了！就一个简单的取字节问题

        //按道理获取到的结果应该是utcTime=0x0102030405060708，而实际utcTime=0x000000000506070C

这个有点见鬼了，问了AI，也没帮我找到原因，应该是移位的时候溢出的，但是调试都看见了val的确是64位的（我电脑也是win7 64位），那为何0x01020304就移不动的了呢？！
