Uninstall visual studio 2008

While I made a mistake while installing visual studio 2008, it was interrupted. I suppose some of feature/component was not installed correctly, so I decided to re-install it.

However, I found there is an error while uninstall visual studio 2008:

A problem has been encountered while loading the setup components. Canceling setup.'

After search on google, I found an article about this issue, which figured out the solution -- to download a tool published by Microsoft officially. I want to backup it in this blog, and hope it may help other who is reading this blog.
