财付通绑定谷歌钱包的问题

在网上看到可以用财付通开通国际帐号，绑定谷歌钱包，2013年3月份我试了一下，总是不成功。

我以为是现在不可以绑定了，点击添加信用卡时，总出现以下的错误提示。

there is a problem authorizing your card,contact your bank if this problem continues.

对您的信用卡授权时出现问题。如果此问题仍然存在，请与您的银行联系。

4月12日，经过再次尝试居然成功了。

我觉得主要是以下几个问题：

一、财付通里需要充值足够支付的钱。

二、支付密码需要用自己修改的，系统给的初始密码及密码找回的密码说明你信用卡未激活。

      此时在谷歌钱包绑定该信用卡，手机上不会收到任何提示。只提示上面英文或中文的错误信息。

三、姓名、地址填写不准确。

     第二条出现问题的时候，手机上不会收到财付通的错误提示。

     而第三条出现问题的时候，手机上会收到提示信息：

     “您的财付通账户通过运通支付授权失败，失败原因：账单地址验证失败，请登录财付通查看准确的账单地址再填写。”

四、应该和语言、网络代理无关。

好了，到这里我就绑定成功了，然后就购买了25$的注册费，

结果又悲剧了。

重新登录谷歌钱包后，显示：

What does thismean for my current order and charges on my card statement? Your order has been cancelled and your card was notcharged. If you still see activity on your card statement for your cancelledorder, this is just an authorization, not an actual charge, and it will beremoved from your account in 1-14 business days depending on your card-issuingbank.
What will happen if Idon’t verify my account? To ensure thesecurity of your account, it will remain suspended and you won’t be able toplace orders until you send your verification documents. Please do not createadditional accounts.
How long will it take toverify my account? It should take 3-5business days to process your request, but it may take longer in some cases.You will be notified directly by email once your information has been verified.

大概是说需要账户认证。查了一下，网上说把财付通 “境外支付”——>“订单查询”的记录截图，还有身份证电子文件，提交给谷歌就好了。我就提交了，不知道能不能通过，就先等等看吧。

唉~都怪自己转生的时候选了个hard模式。

4月12日提交的身份证和订单截图，没能解封。

后来我又上传了：(1)护照、驾驶证和身份证ps到一起的图，(2)订单详细截图包括财付通分配的境外地址截图等，4月15号左右，我的谷歌钱包终于解封了（也蛮快的了，中间有两天休息日）。

开发者费用25$已经被取消了，我又重新购买了一次。

我估计是谷歌钱包刚激活的时候，要等等再用它付费。慢一点总是好的。
