诡异的pg安装

在尝试安装PostgreSQL（简称pg）时遇到了不寻常的问题，首先出现错误提示可能由于缺失相关gem包导致。进行手动补充gem包后，安装过程仍然报错。

怪事年年有今年特别多 pg的安装在我的gem安装诡异榜上，也能挤进前三了

先是报错
