Will you pity a beggar ? What do you think of them ?

In China, in some prosperous street, you can see some beggers carrying a bag or lying aside the street beg for money from the pedestrian. Will you pity them ? what do you think of them ? it is exist the same phenomenon in your country ?

Yes, you are right, but i am sure that situations are different. Now the beggers are at every age both in male and female. I don't understand why they want to be a begger but not create wealth by their hand.

"begger" the common word has been changing it's meaning in present . sometimes people can not distinguish that which begger is really poor , how do you pity them?
