解决办法 （如图）

在该文件中，把标红的提到顶部就行了，调换镜像的顺序。

1.mavenCentral（）在顶部不不行，就把 maven { url ‘https://maven.aliyun.com/repository/public’ }

另外几个都放顶部试一下。
