作者在升级Node.js版本后遇到npminstall卡顿，问题涉及npmregistry连接超时。尝试了设置淘宝代理、关闭代理、清理缓存和禁用IPv6等方法后，发现关闭IPv6可以解决问题。

我从Node16升级到18后，运行npm install 会一直卡在这里很久：

PS E:\WorkSpace\Rust\RR\trade_tip> npm install                                                                          
[..................] - idealTree:trade_tip: sill idealTree buildDeps

然后报错：

PS E:\WorkSpace\Rust\RR\trade_tip>  npm config set registry https://registry.npmmirror.com
PS E:\WorkSpace\Rust\RR\trade_tip> npm install                                                                            
npm ERR! code ETIMEDOUT
npm ERR! syscall connect
npm ERR! errno ETIMEDOUT
npm ERR! network request to https://registry.npmmirror.com/@tauri-apps%2fapi failed, reason: connect ETIMEDOUT 2408:8748:b500:218:3::3f5:443
npm ERR! network This is a problem related to network connectivity.
npm ERR! network In most cases you are behind a proxy or have bad network settings.

已经进行过以下尝试：

①设置淘宝代理：npm config set registryhttps://registry.npmmirror.com

②设置代理关闭：npm config set proxy false

③清除缓存：npm cache clean --force

④npm config delete proxy

关闭\开启VPN，都不行，最后发现关闭Ipv6对我有效：
