springboot报错：Plugin ‘org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-maven-plugin:‘ not found

背景：

  写过很多springboot程序，在添加springboot-maven插件时经常会遇到报错：Plugin ‘org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-maven-plugin:’ not found

解决：

加了版本号之后红标消失，
