在pip install tensorflow的时候出现这个错误。
网上找了一下，问题主要是现在pip install的tensorflow版本默认是最新的，而最新的2.1.0版本默认支持gpu，但是这个最新版本编译时有用到Visual Studio C++的文件，如果缺少这个文件就会报错.
所以我打算退回到1.14版本。
