今天在重装torch-cuda版本后，运行代码报出上面错误代码，提供一个简单的解决方案

在代码最开始的部分加入

import os
os.environ['KMP_DUPLICATE_LIB_OK']='True'

即可解决问题。

网上还有重装对应版本的mmcv，和删除多余libiomp5md.dll文件，后期会一一尝试后在进行分享经验
