引入spring-boot-starter-web后一直启动不了

引入spring-boot-starter-web依赖后一直启动不了

发现@Controller原本却可以使用但是原依赖pom中没用spring-web依赖

可能原依赖中默认有spring-web和spring-boot-starter-web冲突了
试着解决spring-web和spring-boot-starter-web冲突
