intel x86 haxm SDK manager not compatible解决

Below are the steps i tried:

1)Checked Virtualization in bios and it is enabled.

2)Using Windows 7 so i got informaton " Hyper-V " wont be available.

3)Running visual studio with Admin access.

4)Found my processor supports VT-x technology.

5)Manually download and installed “intel-haxmandroid” by creating in below path, where intel folder not exist earlier.

“extras\intel\Hardware_Accelerated_Execution_Manager”

Please help me in continuing my learning and let me know any information required from me.
