tomcat启动web项目出现One or more listeners failed to start.的决解方案

出现过几次的问题，记录一下

出现了这个错误，它报的不详细，我们不好判断项目是哪里报错，我自己整理出经常用的两种查看报错的详细日志方案：

04-Apr-2019 23:48:15.871 严重 [RMI TCP Connection(4)-127.0.0.1] org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext.startInternal Context [/itriptrade] startup failed due to previous errors log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.springframework.web.context.support.XmlWebApplicationContext).

第一种

查看tomcat运行时的生成的日志，C:\Users\XA\.IntelliJIdea2018.3\system\tomcat\Tomcat_8_5_35_itripbackend\logs

这个路径是IDEA配置tomcat，运行web项目生成的，不是tomcat的路径，一般这个路径是在C盘用户路径下。

第二种

让详细的报错信息展示在控制台，在项目的资源目录下新建一个logging.properties

配置文件的加入配置信息

handlers =  java.util.logging.ConsoleHandler
java.util.logging.ConsoleHandler.level = FINE  
java.util.logging.ConsoleHandler.formatter = java.util.logging.SimpleFormatter

重启项目，就可以了（重启没效果的把项目下面的target文件删除在运行，让项目重新编译）
