前一段时间，在工作中要使用定时器功能

1、首先web.xml中配置

<servlet>
       <servlet-name>spring</servlet-name>
       <servlet-class>org.springframework.web.servlet.DispatcherServlet</servlet-class>
       <load-on-startup>1</load-on-startup>
   </servlet>

2、开启定时启开关在

spring-servlet.xml 中开启
