解决：
配置文件的url有错！导致连接数据库出了问题！！（配置文件的写法似乎多种多样。。）

原：
jdbc.driver=com.mysql.jdbc.Driver
jdbc.url=jdbc:mysql:///localhost:3306//test
jdbc.username=root
jdbc.password=

改：
jdbc.driver=com.mysql.jdbc.Driver
jdbc.url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/test
jdbc.username=root
jdbc.password=

原因：连接数据库的url出错，必然导致访问禁止！
