1、创建一个maven,需要点击create from archetype,选择maven-archetype-webapp类型构建目录(因为这样子idea可以帮你自动指定web.xml所在文件夹以及资源存放文件夹,idea才能读取,不然就得自己指定,自己制定就很麻烦了),
2、然后自己新建一个resource+view+spring+java包,这里要注意把新建的resource进行 右键 -> Mark Directory as -> Resource Root(不然web.xml会找不到spring配置文件),java包如果创建就指定为Source Root(不然扫不到类注解).
根据下面copy文件之后,你的项目目录结构会是这个样子(记住每个文件存放的地方)

此外要注意classpath和classpath*区别:
classpath:只会到你的class路径中查找找文件。
classpath*:不仅包含class路径,还包括jar文件(class路径)进行查找。
注意: 用classpath*:需要遍历所有的classpath,所以加载速度是很慢的;因此,在规划的时候,应该尽可能规划好资源文件所在的路径,尽量避免使用classpath*。
classpath*的使用:
当项目中有多个classpath路径,并同时加载多个classpath路径下(此种情况多数不会遇到)的文件,*就发挥了作用,如果不加*,则表示仅仅加载第一个classpath路径。
你的配置文件存放路径,classpath,和编译后的jar的里面,配置文件和class文件存放路径是这样子的,你可以直接操作target,显式处理一些路径问题。

4、根据上面快速建立idea的springmvc+maven,
然后进行maven依赖导入,导航栏找到view->tool windows->maven,找到reimport,等待依赖下载完毕
之后访问,启动tomcat的配置在Run -> Editconfiguration,点击+,添加Tomcat然后deployment加上你的项目即可
http://localhost:8080/angularTest/index/webPage (得到页面,要注意/index之前你设置的tomcat的访问路径)
http://localhost:8080/angularTest/index/word (得到文字,Responsebody返回)
成功就快速完成了 idea 的 spring + maven 项目搭建
