摘 要
直流调速系统在工业控制中扮演着重要角色,因其平滑调速性能适用范围广。其中,双闭环结构的控制效果最佳。本文深入探讨了双闭环直流调速系统的组成结构和动态结构图,并采用工程设计方法对电流调节器和转速调节器的结构和参数进行设计。最后,通过Simulink建模和仿真,证明了参数设计合理有效,能够达到理想的调速效果。

Abstract
Because of its performance suitable for smooth speed regulation in a wide range, the DC speed control system has always played an important role in industrial control. The control effect of the DC speed control system is the best when the double closed-loop structure is used. For this reason, the double closed-loop DC speed control system is studied, the system structure is explained, the dynamic structure diagram of the system is analyzed, and the current regulation is designed using the engineering design method. Finally, Simulink is used to model and simulate the double closed-loop speed regulation system of DC motor. The simulation results show that the parameters of the speed regulator and current regulator are designed reasonably and can achieve the ideal speed regul
