让程序不能被多次运行

让程序不能被多次运行的技巧，
因为守护进程是长时间运行而不退出，所以多次运行就不太好了，甚至会带来错误，


实现方法，
程序执行之初判定一个特定文件存在与否，若存在则进程已经在运行，若不存在则进程没有运行，并创建这个文件，
这个文件名，要特殊古怪点，
