再开一个DOS窗口，同样切到mysql bin目录下，

3、mysql>UPDATE user SET Password=PASSWORD('newpassword') where USER='root';

4 、mysql> FLUSH PRIVILEGES;

5、mysql> quit ;

6 、C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.1\bin>mysqladmin shutdown

之后正常重启MySQL服务就行了
