我是在eclipse运行：右击项目->debug->mavencleanup，
然后又运行：右击项目->debug->maven install
之后出现的问题，
以下办法亲测可用。
直接上解决办法：
0. 先关闭运行的项目（不用关闭eclipse）
1. 下载sqlite3
