需求：

思路：

Deptcontroller层

1，接收数据 getmapping

2，调用service查询部门  （先创建Deptservice类型接口对象，在Deptcontrolle的list方法里调用Deptservice层里的list方法，然后再DeptserviceImpl实体类里实现Deptservice接口方法）

Deptservice层

1，调用mapper接口查询
