RFC4385定义了PWE3控制字，避免PW包被当做IP包解析。

在这个建议里定义了两种PW格式头，分别是：

PW MPLS Control Word (PWMCW)和PW Associated Channel Header (PWACH)















前一种用来封装数据报文，后一种用来封装OAM报文。



Generic PW MPLS Control Word通用格式如下：

   When a PWMCW is used, it MUST adhere to the Generic format illustrated in Figure 1 above.  To provide consistency between the



   designs of different types of PW, it SHOULD also use the following preferred format:
