查了网上很多篇文章，都说不断执行pip uninstall numpy,然后重新装numpy,对我没用，浪费很多时间，直接到提示对应的
['D:\\Anaconda3\\envs\\你的环境\\lib\\site-packages\\numpy'].下删除numpy文件夹即可解决问题
