eclipse国际化插件

记性不好，为了避免每次更换环境都要再到网上搜索一遍，同时为了防止原博主删除或更改博文，所以这里再啰嗦一下

在eclipse的help install new software菜单下安装

location: http://propedit.sourceforge.jp/eclipse/updates/

有点慢，耐心等一下

安装时选择PropertiesEditor

安装完，重启后进行properties配置,配置路径: Preferences/General/Editors/File Association

找到*.properties，下面的Associated editors中选择刚才安装的PropertiesEditor，设置为default

设置字符集，配置路径: Preferences/General/Content Types/

选择Java Properties File，最下面Default encoding，修改为utf-8 ，点击update
