SQL server 2012 计算设置UIMODE的适用性失败 0x85640002

问题: 在安装sql server 2012 的时候，报错 “计算设置UIMODE的适用性失败 ，错误代码为0x85640002”。

 

- I'm trying to install SQLServer 2012 On my testing server with Windows 2K8 Enterprise Edition.

- I got this error message just few seconds after clicking the installation file:

"TITLE: SQL Server Setup failure.
------------------------------

SQL Server Setup has encountered the following error:

There was a failure to calculate the applicability of setting ALLINSTANCES.

Error code 0x85640002.

 

 

解决方法：

Finally, I got it working

I extracted the downloaded ISO with winrar and copied it to the server disk and it's now working.
