[USF-XSim-62] ‘elaborate’ step failed with error(s) while executing ‘E:/hcr/29_ov5640_udp_pc/ov5640_udp_pc.sim/sim_1/behav/xsim/elaborate.bat’ script. Please check that the file has the correct ‘read/write/execute’ permissions and the Tcl console output for any other possible errors or warnings.

问题：在使用硬件管理器连接了硬件的同时，进行了仿真操作。该情况下软件通常会提醒无法在调试情况下进行仿真，此时如果关闭硬件管理器，进行仿真，vivado会闪退从而导致xsimk.exe进程卡死（这里参考使用的vivado2018.3，应该属于软件bug） 。此时如果重新打开工程进行仿真会报该错误。
