If you make requirement-relevant changes to delivery items (for example, changes to delivery quantities, deletion of items, and so on) in the 'USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE' user exit in the MV50AFZ1 include, incorrect requirements may occur.
This may also be the case if you call the 'BELEG_SICHERN_VORBEREITEN' form routine again in the
USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE after making customer-specific changes.

The user exits in delivery processing that are available at the moment do not let you make requirement-relevant changes when you save the delivery.
The correction contained in this note provides a new user exit (form routine USEREXIT_SAVE_DOC_BEFORE_PREP) that allows you to make requirement-relevant changes to deliveries when you save them.
So that you can use the user exit, you must first implement the specified changes in the attached correction instructions 396241 (3.1I), 750510 (4.5B), 361976 (4.6B), 661819 (4.6C), 662001 (4.70) or 662002 (5.00), NOT the notes with these numbers.
When you have implemented these changes, you can create the actual form routine of the user exit in the MV50AFZ1 include. Note that this form routine is not available in a Support Package, and you must implement it separately.
As of Release ERP2005, you only have to implement the correction instructions 662003 (change in program MV50AFZ1).
