protell 99网络表装载错误处理

1) 第一类错误
  Error: Footprint LM4952 not found in Library
  Error: Footprint 3PIN not found in Library
  Error: Footprint 3PIN not found in Library
  原因分析：
      没有加载自建的PCB库
  解决方法：
     --在Browse PCB界面--〉在Browse下拉框中选择Library --〉单击Add/Remove按钮，加载自建的PCB库 。
2) 第二类错误
  Error: Component not found
  原因分析：
    （1) 没有设置自建封装的参考引脚。
    （2）自建封装的引脚编号格式有误。
  解决方法：
     对于（1）进入封装的编辑界面：Edit --> Set Reference --> Pin 1即可。
     对于（2）进入封装的编辑界面：把引脚编号从A1改为1即可。
