解决ubuntu升级的问题

最近装了个双系统，ubuntu内核版本8.04，在升级软件包时候出现：

"A upgrade from 'intrepid' to 'hardy' is not supported with this tool."的错误，无法升级

 

解决办法是，先升级update－manager

 

ubuntu:~$ sudo apt-get install update-manager

 

然后发行版本升级：

 

sudo update-mananger -d

 

然后

 

sudo apt-get update
