场景：Windows环境下，如果设置了CATALINA_HOME，并加入了path环境变量。部署多个tomcat容器时，发现不能部署。提示：端口被占用！！！原因：Windows的tomcat启动脚本里面找到原因。如果设置了CATALINA_HOME环境变量，使用startup.bat时，永远都只会启动CATALINA_HOME所指向的tomcat容器！！！！！解决：
