解决在add new review时候出现rating isn't available，而没有Visible In *选择的问题

在Magento中，若只创建了一个StoreView而未启用，在查看所有评论时会出现产品评分不可用的情况。通过后台添加并启用新的StoreView可解决此问题。

假如magento里面只是创建了一个store view,那么当用户在Catalog->Review and Ratings->Customer Reviews ->All Reviews的时候没有出现Visible In的选择，从而导致Product Rating * 一直显示rating isn't available。

解决方法，在后台的System->Manage Stores里面添加一个Store Viw并且enable
