最近在处理ncbi上的甲基化数据，我的电脑早下载bioconductor上的r包时，例如IlluminaHumanMethylation450kmanifest包，多次显示r与Windows的前后端停止工作这种错误。不论是biomanager下载还是压缩包 IlluminaHumanMethylation450kmanifest_0.4.0.tar.gz解压都是这样报错。最后通过管之前下好的人要的文件成功做的。
每次是在下载完包，安装包的时候报这个错误。
