在尝试使用exp导出数据时遇到EXP-00008错误，可能原因是安全加固导致用户丢失某些权限。解决办法包括向用户授予SYS.DBMS_DEFER_IMPORT_INTERNAL和SYS.DBMS_EXPORT_EXTENSION这两个系统的执行权限。

上面是exp时报错的内容，在网上看很多文档说是什么安全加固用户有些权限丢掉了,具体是什么原因尚不清楚。解决方法如下

grant execute on SYS.DBMS_DEFER_IMPORT_INTERNAL to <user_name>;

grant execute on SYS.DBMS_EXPORT_EXTENSION to <user_name>;
