When I was young, I did not siesta at noon. When I was in grammar school, our teachers forced us to siesta sometimes. At that time, we often sliped away from the classroom and played games in the playground. When I entered junior school, I could not escape from being forced to siesta. Because there were teachers on duty checking whether we were sleep. In the beginning, I was not used to siesta every day. But a few weeks later, I was used to it. Further more, I had got into the habit of siesta every day. If I did not siesta at noon, I would feel sleeply in the afternoon and night. And I keep the habit for many years.

These days I have lunch at about 11:30, before 12:00 I finish my lunch. And before 1:00 I have to return to our lab. So I don't have enough time to go back to my dorm to siesta though sometimes I do go back. If I go back , about 2 hours will be wasted and when I return to our lab, it will be about 2 o'clock in the afternoon.

So I find siesta is not a good habit, I want to get rid of it!
