1. Problem about the Language
The error message is as follow:
This version of Warcraft III requires a specific language version of Windows.

I find the file game.dll in directory, and open it with UltraEdit.
Find the code 3D 04 08 00 00 74 2A 3D 04

Modify them to
3D 04 08 00 00 EB 2A 3D 04

2. Problem about the screem

Type the command regedit in cmd window to open the regedit console
Find the key in path.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Warcraft III\Video，
Change the value of reswidth and resheight
I changed my setting to 1366X768
