1. 首先我们在photoshop程序上点击鼠标右键，选择兼容性疑难解答
   
2. 然后点击：尝试建议的设置
   
3. 会来到提示你启动程序，或者测试程序，点击后如果能正常运行软件了，就点击”是，为此保存这个设置“，如果没解决则点击”否，使用其他设置再试一次“
   
   
   
   
4. 如果没解决点击其他设置后，勾选所有选项，并且系统选择你当前使用的系统。
   
5. 最后再点击测试程序，或者启动程序如果程序正常启动了。那么点击保存此设置
