注解配置SpringMVC
在Servlet3.0环境中,容器会在类路径中查找实现了javax.servlet.ServletContrainerInitializer接口的类,如果找到,用它来配置Servlet容器
Spring中提供了这个接口的实现,SpringServletContainerInitializer,这个类会查找实现了WebApplicationInitializer的类并将配置任务给他们来完成
Spring中有WebApplicationInitializer的基础实现AbstractAnnotationConfigDispatcherServletInitializer,当有类扩展了他并配置到了Servlet容器中,容器会自动发现并用它来配置上下文
