最近遇到这个问题，翻了很多前人的总结，都有很多问题，最后自己对这个问题做个深入的解决.

决绝步骤：

Window → Preferences  → MyEclipse →  Validation  →  XML  →  Honour all XML schema locations

前面的对号去掉，它将禁用指向不同schema位置相同命名空间引用的验证，仅以第一次找到的可验证的XML文件为结果

也可以直接在上面搜索XML，如图所示：

决绝后小红叉就会消失，如果电脑卡，则会稍微等一会，如果电脑性能好则会立马消失
