troubleshoot hyperic environment guide

1>打开hyperic agent的调试模式。

1. Stop the Agent.
2. Go to the /agent-version-EE/conf directory.
3. Set agent.logLevel=DEBUG in the agent.properties file.
4. For VMware vFabric Hyperic 4.6 and later, add this to the agent.properties file to decrease overly verbose logging:
   
   log4j.logger.org.hyperic.hq.agent.server.CommandListener=INFO log4j.logger.org.hyperic.util.security.DbKeyStore=INFO log4j.logger.org.hyperic.util.security.MarkedStringEncryptor=INFO log4j.logger.org.hyperic.hq.stats.AbstractStatsWriter=INFO
   
   
5. Restart the Agent if you are using VMware vFabric Hyperic 4.5 and earlier.
