CAFFE 配置 with UBUNTU16.04+cuda9.0+anaconda+python3

在此只说明caffe的编译,不介绍其他的安装

1. 安装系统环境

sudo apt-get install libprotobuf-dev libleveldb-dev libsnappy-dev libopencv-dev libhdf5-serial-dev protobuf-compiler

sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends libboost-all-dev

sudo apt-get install -y libgflags-dev libgoogle-glog-dev liblmdb-dev

sudo apt-get install -y python-numpy python-scipy python-matplotlib python-sklearn python-skimage python-h5py python-protobuf python-leveldb python-networkx python-nose python-pandas python-gflags

sudo apt-get install liblmdb-dev
sudo apt-get install libatlas-base-dev
 

 cd /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/

sudo ln -s libhdf5_serial.so.10.1.0 libhdf5.so

sudo ln -s libhdf5_serial_hl.so.10.0.2 libhdf5_hl.so

2. compile

sudo ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libboost_python-py35.so /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libboost_python3.so

git clone https://github.com/BVLC/caffe.git

cp Makefile.config.example Makefile.config

USE_CUDNN := 1

USE_LEVELDB := 1
USE_LMDB := 0

CUDA_ARCH := -gencode arch=compute_30,code=sm_30 \
        -gencode arch=compute_35,code=sm_35 \
        -gencode arch=compute_50,code=sm_50 \
        -gencode arch=compute_52,code=sm_52 \
        -gencode arch=compute_60,code=sm_60 \
        -gencode arch=compute_61,code=sm_61 \
        -gencode arch=compute_61,code=compute_61

注释掉原始的python_include

ANACONDA_HOME := $(HOME)/anaconda3
PYTHON_INCLUDE := $(ANACONDA_HOME)/envs/caffe/include \
        $(ANACONDA_HOME)/envs/caffe/include/python3.6m \
        $(ANACONDA_HOME)/envs/caffe/lib/python3.6/site-packages/numpy/core/include

PYTHON_LIBRARIES := boost_python3 python3.5m

WITH_PYTHON_LAYER := 1


INCLUDE_DIRS :=  $(PYTHON_INCLUDE) /usr/local/include /usr/include/hdf5/serial
LIBRARY_DIRS := $(PYTHON_LIB) /usr/local/lib /usr/lib /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/hdf5/serial

 

make all -j8

make test -j8

make run test -j8
