  4月9日,中兴通讯(000063.SZ)发布公告,称已于4月7日正式收到中国移动集团发出的“中标通知书”,确认中兴通讯TD-SCDMA 无线网产品中标部分城市(北京、天津、深圳、沈阳、秦皇岛、厦门)、核心网产品中标部分城市(北京、广州、厦门、秦皇岛),尚未签定任何正式合同。

  而消息人士透露,最终的合同将于4月10日签定。参与竞标的8家中外企业组成的四大阵营——大唐系(包括大唐移动、烽火、上海贝尔阿尔卡特、广 州新邮通),中兴系(包括中兴通讯、爱立信),鼎桥系(包括华为、西门子),普天系(包括普天、诺基亚),在最为重要的无线网招标中分别获得 36.68%、46.78%、13.82%、2.72%的份额。

  其中,无线网领域,中兴通讯独获45.54%份额,爱立信通过与中兴OEM合作方式获得1.24%;大唐移动获得27.45%,广州新邮通获得5.61%,烽火获3.62%;鼎桥获13.82%;普天获2.72%。

  最为重要的是,本次招标以城市圈定了各个厂商的建网范围。

  在基站方面,北京全城由中兴独得;上海由大唐、烽火两家承建;天津由中兴、普天两家主建;沈阳由中兴、鼎桥两家承建;秦皇岛由中兴、普天两家承 建;广州由大唐、新邮通承建;深圳由鼎桥、中兴、爱立信三家承建;而最早作为TD三大准商用测试城市的厦门,则继续由原先在该城市参与测试的中兴、鼎桥两 家承建。

  在无线网主基站设备招标中,中兴显然已成为最大赢家。值得关注的是,海外设备厂商唯有爱立信通过与中兴合作方式获得了深圳7%左右份额(鼎桥、中兴分获深圳的70%、23%),从而为自己在中国3G领域获得一定的参与权。

  而据消息人士透露,在非TD核心领域——核心网——的招标中,价格的竞争较为激烈,最后只有三家企业胜出,分别为中兴、华为、阿尔卡特。而此前有志于通过与普天合作希望争取到TD首轮核心招标份额的诺基亚,最终没有中标。
