rgb转int

int color=Color.rgb(red, green, blue)

int转RGB

int color=-4253158;  
int red = (color & 0xff0000) >> 16;  
int green = (color & 0x00ff00) >> 8;  
int blue = (color & 0x0000ff);

textview.setTextColor(int);这里填个int，那么可不可以填0xFF0000？

不可以，必须填argb，0xFFFF0000,为什么呢？
0xFF0000就相当于是0x00FF0000,那么他就是透明的，不是我想要的红色
