Windows SQL cannot start, Windows SQL服务不能启动

查看事件日志:

打开 Sql Server Configuration Manager

SQL Server Network Configuration
Protocols for 对应的SQL实例
鼠标右键 选 Properties
Certificate page
Certificate:
IIS Express Development Certificate
Apply, OK >>> Start SQL successfully…
