问题描述环境： Win 10、Tensorboard 1.5.1使用工具： 命令提示符（Doc）、events.out.tfevents.xxx文件报错类型：ValueError: GetLogdirSubdirectories: path exists and is not a directory…‘ Tensorboard ’ 不是内部或外部指令也不是可运行的程序或批处理文件。导师抛给我一个events.out.tfevents.xxx文件时，纯洁的我想到，如何用Doc去打开它
