K8S pod/coredns出错：plugin/forward: no nameservers found

执行命令kubectl edit cm coredns -n kube-system
在configmap配置文件中删除以下内容：

		forward . /etc/resolv.conf {
           max_concurrent 1000
        }

保存退出后，删除相应的coredns pod即可。
