npm运行报错operation not permitted

在使用npm下载axios时。报以下错误

 主要就是说安装操作不允许，

然后查询了各种解决办法；

1:电脑打开cmd,以管理员身份运行

2：重新下载node版本，具体可查看 node版本查看及更新方法

3：使用npm下载；

4: 忽略本次报错，重新cnpm下载；
