这种情况通常出现在本地flex程序（未发布到web服务器）的情况，我的解决方法是将设定flash Player的“设置管理器”，将作为数据源的xml的路径添加到“受信任位置设置”

具体操作过程为：控制面板——》系统和安全——》FlashPlayer——》高级——》受信任位置设置——》添加
